2. Services Provided

Our services may include (but are not limited to):

  • Planning & consultancy services

  • Project support and guidance

  • Digital resources and documentation

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service provided.


3. Refund Eligibility

a) Consultancy & Service Fees

Refunds are not normally provided once:

  • A consultation has been delivered

  • Work has commenced

  • Time and resources have already been allocated

However, if a booking is cancelled at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled time (adjust if needed), we may offer:

✔ a partial refund, or
✔ rescheduling of the appointment

This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


b) Digital Products (if applicable)

Refunds are not available for downloadable or digital products once access has been granted — unless:

  • The product is defective, or

  • There is a technical issue preventing access

In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue.


c) Deposits

Deposits paid to secure services are generally non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources.


4. Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind cancellations after work has begun or services have been delivered.


5. Service Issues

If you believe:

  • The service received is not as described, or

  • There is a genuine issue with the service

please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the concern.

We always aim for fair and reasonable outcomes.


6. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a remedy if a service fails to meet consumer guarantees.
